1. Nature of the Interface

buildcoin.fun is not a financial service provider, broker, custodian, exchange, or advisor.

• We do not custody user funds or assets
• We do not execute transactions on behalf of users
• We do not control, deploy, own, modify, or manage any blockchain protocol or smart contract
• All actions are executed directly on-chain and require explicit approval via a user-controlled Solana wallet (e.g. Phantom, Solflare)

The Interface merely facilitates interaction with permissionless, third-party smart contracts. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

2. Available Features

• Create SPL tokens
• Copy parameters of trending tokens
• Add liquidity
• Remove liquidity

All functionality depends on the Solana network and third-party protocols and may change, degrade, or become unavailable at any time.

3. Fees and Payments

Use of the Interface is subject to standard fees, payable in SOL, displayed prior to transaction approval. Standard fees may include:

• Token creation: 0.1 SOL (+ optional add-ons)
• Copy trending token: up to 0.5 SOL
• Add liquidity: 0.1 SOL + Raydium/Solana network fees
• Remove liquidity: 0.1 SOL

All applicable fees and transaction details are displayed by the user’s wallet prior to approval. By approving a transaction, you acknowledge and accept the fees shown by your wallet at the time of signing. In certain cases, fees may be reduced or waived at the sole discretion of the Interface.

All fees are non-refundable, including in cases of transaction failure, network congestion, smart contract errors, RPC issues, or third-party protocol behavior, except where required by applicable law.

4. Third-Party Protocols and Networks

This Interface facilitates interaction with third-party blockchain networks and protocols, including the Solana blockchain and the Raydium protocol. buildcoin.fun does not control, audit, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the performance, security, availability, or correctness of any third-party protocol, smart contract, validator, RPC provider, or network.

5. User Responsibility and Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for your wallet security, the transactions you approve, and any tokens created or liquidity actions performed using this Interface.

You agree not to use the Interface for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, scams, market manipulation, or violations of applicable laws or regulations.

buildcoin.fun disclaims all liability related to user-created tokens, liquidity outcomes, or any resulting financial, legal, or regulatory consequences.

6. No Warranties – “As Is”

The Interface is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, transaction success, confirmation, or protocol behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, buildcoin.fun and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, tokens, profits, or business opportunities.

8. No Advice

Nothing on this Interface constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of using blockchain technology and decentralized protocols.

9. Restricted Jurisdictions and Sanctions

By accessing or using this Interface, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, incorporated in, or a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where access to or use of this Interface is prohibited or would require registration, licensing, or authorization, including, but not limited to, the United States of America.

You further represent and warrant that you are not subject to sanctions or listed on any restricted or denied persons list maintained by the United States Department of the Treasury (OFAC), the United Nations, the European Union, or any other applicable authority.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Interface after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Use of Public Metadata and Similar Tokens

Certain features of the Interface allow users to create new tokens using publicly available blockchain metadata, parameters, or configurations from existing tokens.

buildcoin.fun does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the legitimacy, ownership, branding, community, or intellectual property rights associated with any token or metadata displayed on the Interface.

You acknowledge and agree that creating tokens with similar names, symbols, images, or branding may be confusing, misleading, or unlawful in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of names, symbols, images, or other identifiers complies with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

buildcoin.fun shall not be responsible for any claims, disputes, losses, or damages arising from the creation or use of tokens that replicate or resemble existing tokens, projects, brands, or communities.
